  • Omar Seoud

    PRINCIPAL

    Omar Seoud is the founder and principal lawyer of Seoud Solicitors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, and Masters of Diplomacy and International Trade from Monash University.

    Omar practised as a lawyer at KCL Law (formerly known as Kliger Partners) and Kenyon Lawyers prior to establishing the firm in 2009.

    Omar established Seoud Solicitors with a singular mission: to provide accessible, high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients from business organisations to retail individuals.

    Omar has over 20 years of experience practising as a lawyer, having profound knowledge in all aspects of commercial law, property law, building & construction, wills & estates and commercial litigation.

    Omar brings a pragmatic and client-centred approach, working closely with clients to meet their specific needs and objectives, and to deliver the best outcomes for his clients.

  • Thuy Cao

    LAWYER

    Thuy is a lawyer at Seoud Solicitors. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Thuy was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2024.

    Thuy currently specialises in commercial law, conveyancing, debt recovery, wills & estates and torts.

    Thuy brings energy, diligence, and a keen eye for detail to every client engagement. She is passionate and committed to delivering exceptional legal services to all clients.

    Thuy can also speak, read and write fluently in Vietnamese, allowing her to assist Vietnamese clients with their immigration and legal needs.

    Outside of work, Thuy enjoys travelling and exploring new cuisines with family and friends.

  • Myalla Hatch

    LAWYER

    Myalla is a lawyer at Seoud Solicitors. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Myalla was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2024.

    Myalla currently practices in commercial litigation and all aspects of property law. With a background in land surveying, Myalla leverages her extensive knowledge and expertise to address a wide range of property matters. She has particular interest in adverse possession claims and boundary disputes.

    Myalla is committed to providing quality solutions and advice to her clients. Whether representing clients in negotiations, mediations, or courtroom proceedings, Myalla prioritises client advocacy and strives to achieve optimal outcomes with efficiency and professionalism.

    Outside of work, Myalla enjoys playing volleyball competitively and spending quality time with friends and family.
